Pricing

Most people selling software to businesses do not put the price on the website. We do, for two reasons. The first is that you should be able to do the maths without spending a week in meetings. The second is that we would rather spend our time on the people the numbers suit.

All prices exclude VAT. The price is fixed before work starts and does not move along the way, unless you ask for something more yourself.

Custom systems

Smaller tools from 12,000 DKK. Larger systems typically 25,000 to 60,000 DKK. We always agree a fixed price before work begins, so you know exactly what it costs.

That range sounds wide, and it is. The difference rarely lies in how the system looks, but in how many rules it has to enforce and how many other systems it has to talk to. That is why we start with a conversation rather than a price list: once we can describe the job in a couple of sentences, we can put a number on it. Read more about custom systems.

What does it cost to keep running?

No ongoing costs under normal use. The system runs on your own accounts with Netlify and Supabase, and usage at a business with ordinary activity stays within the level those two providers do not charge for.

If you want automatic daily backups, that costs roughly 175 DKK a month, paid directly to the provider. No money passes through us, and there is no licence to renew.

What the price does not cover

The price covers the system we agree on, set up and handed over. What it does not cover is moving data out of your current spreadsheet, if there is a lot of it and it is messy, and integration with other systems you already use. Both are perfectly doable, but they are priced separately, because the scope varies enormously from one business to the next.

Nor does it cover a domain name or any third party subscriptions you choose yourself. Those are paid directly to the provider and stay in your own name.

Changes later on

Once the system is handed over it is yours, and there is no subscription running on. If you want something changed, it is booked as a job at 850 DKK per hour. If you already know a few small things are coming, you can buy a block of hours instead: 5 hours for 4,500 DKK, valid for 12 months. All amounts exclude VAT.

You are not tied to us. The code has been handed over to you, it sits on your own accounts, and any developer can carry on with it. That is the entire point of owning rather than renting.
